Dear Sir or Madam:

I have enclosed a copy of Chain Her By One Foot I purchased on November 2, 1999. On the first reading I heard a cracking sound from the binding and pages fell out. This is not an isolated incident; others in my same class had the same problem with their copies of this same book.

Does this binding represent acceptable levels of Quality Control from your company?

Any one of these solutions will satisfy me:

*Refund my purchase price ($21.54, receipt attached to inside of books)

*Replace this book with a copy that does not have the binding problem

*Rebind this book so that it the binding problem is corrected
